Democrat state leaders are pushing to legalize recreational marijuana this session.
New Jersey residents voted to legalize the recreational use of marijuana on November 3. As state lawmakers work to establish parameters of the marketplace, Charles Gormally, co-chairman of the cannabis-law practice at Brach Eichler, said his law firm is already receiving tons of calls from people of backgrounds seeking to get into the cannabis business.
