Today in cannabis news: The Oregon state governor announces intent to veto a proposal to regulate kratom retail; cannabis decriminalization and medical cannabis proposals in the state of Wyoming clear the initial step to landing on the ballot in 2022; and a U.S. federal agency eases constraints on cannabis grant funding for mental health treatments.
