1/2 lb shrimp
2 small broccoli heads
6 lg garlic cloves
1 stalk green onion
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper or red chilli flakes
Shred garlic cloves and slice bottoms part of scallions- the white part and set aside with shredded garlic.
Chop green onion stalk, 1 tsp sesame seed oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp corn starch and Aleppo pepper/ add to soy sauce and stir. Set aside
I’m a pan, add 2tbsp butter, garlic, white scallions and optional, 420chefjlynnreeves cannabis infusions oil. Stir 1 min and add shrimp- cook shrimp 1 full min on each side.
Put pan to side-
Take broccoli add to boiling water and let blanche for 2 min only. Again I said 2 min only. Lol
Drain broccoli, put shrimp pan back in Heat, throw in the broccoli, bring to high heat 3 to 5 min and serve to 21 and older, unless it’s a virgin dish then everyone can have this delicious
