More reports of children exposed to edible cannabis in 2021

For the fourth year in a row, the New Jersey Poison Control Center is reporting a spike in calls after children accidentally consumed cannabis edibles. In 2021, the center assisted in the medical treatment of more than 150 children who were accidentally exposed. Some 100 kids were 5 years old and younger. More than 55 children were between the ages of 6 and 12.
