The St. Lucia Labour Party has given itself three months to adopt a final position on the legalization and commercialization of Cannabis. That’s the word coming Commerce Minister Emma Hippolyte who also heads a newly appointed Cannabis Task Force which had it’s second meeting today to map the way forward.
