In this video I sit down and go over the heavy metals issue that seems to be plaguing a lot of organic commercial cultivators, especially here in Oklahoma. This video is just a start to the conversation, and much more testing needs to be done to get more answers. However I hope that it helps steer a conversation by law makers, and regulators to possibly stop picking arbitrary numbers for testing limits.
Two corrections need to be made.
Firstly, Our low level detection limit is .01 not .001 on our tests.
Secondly, When I referenced the second product we had tested for lead, the low lead limit was actually 0.50, not 0.25.
Also, Since I wanted to make sure to convey the info properly, it is a scripted video. I do know that I sound like a robot reading a teleprompter, and that I will not be getting a job at a news station anytime soon.
P.S. This wouldn’t be a true Oklahoma based video if you didn’t hear the wind howling through the store at time of filming this.
