Mumbai Drug Bust: Aryan Khan Entitled To Rehab, Cannabis Not Banned In US, Says Mukul Rohtagi

Mukul Rohatgi argued in court that there is no case against Aryan Khan. “In the US and other parts of the world, cannabis is not banned as it has medicinal value. The legislative intent is that if you are possessing and consuming and you go for rehab, then you have immunity,” he added.

“If you apply Section 29 of the NDPS Act to 8C, 20 and 27, then the punishment for conspiracy is also only for 1 year. I refute that there is any conspiracy,” Rohatgi argued.
