Dr. Clifton Otto is an advocate for protecting the state-accepted medical use of cannabis and has been working with the Hawaii State Legislature since 2012 in an effort to advance changes in Hawaii’s Medical Use of Cannabis Program that will improve patient care and protect patient rights.
