A petrol station manager and his wife found themselves on the wrong side of the law after police found two pots of home-grown cannabis plants at the balcony of their condominium unit in Air Itam here early yesterday.
Northeast district police chief Assistant Commissioner Soffian Santong said, acting on information and surveillance, police raided the condominium at about 1.30am before nabbing the 38-year-old man who was at the ground floor of the building.
He said checks led police to the recovery of three packets of drugs, believed to be syabu and cannabis, on him.
