Finalizing the rules for NJ’s legal marijuana industry

Federal laws on marijuana have led to issues in states where the substance is legal, including New Jersey, affecting everything from banking to advertising. That was a flashpoint during Tuesday night’s meeting of the Cannabis Regulatory Commission, the body tasked with setting rules for the new marketplace by Aug. 21.
