I managed to train the main lithium Og Kush into a T + , by doing so I am creating an even water distribution system through the xylem wich is an inner tube inside the plant that delivers water and dissolved minerals to plants the xylem is also important as it helps witch structure aswell .
low stress training is very important and can have huge impact on yeild I would suggest trying a method or 2
