Here I do a quick breakdown of how to turn percentages into milligrams. You have to take into account that you will lose some of the milligrams from the cooking process so this is in general terms how you would guesstimate how strong your edibles are. your heat source can definitely change the cannabinoid structure, but this is how you would do the simple math equation.
