South Dakota Marijuana Legalization Struck Down by Judge | 710 Morning Show | February 9, 2021
The people of South Dakota voted last year to legalize both medical and recreational cannabis, but the Governor is not pleased. Kristi Noem and some state sheriffs brought a lawsuit and on Monday a Judge ruled the vote unconstitutional. Meanwhile in Idaho the legislature is so afraid of legalization they drafting a constitutional amendment making cannabis illegal, while advocates continue to push for medical access.
