House Votes To Decriminalize Marijuana, Sends Bill To Senate | TODAY

The House of Representatives voted to decriminalize marijuana and expunge the criminal records of marijuana offenders, making it the first time Congress took up the issue on a federal level. The bill now faces an uphill battle in the Senate as Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says it won’t be taken up on the floor of the upper chamber. NBC’s Morgan Chesky reports for Weekend TODAY.
