Legal Weed in Arizona Would Set the Standard for Federal Legalization.

Proposition 207 is an initiative that is on Arizona’s election day ballot. With Medical Marijuana already being the only means of legal weed in Arizona, a recreational use law may bring fiscal and social improvements within the state.

The passing of this law is critical since a successful campaign may set a massive precedent for states considering legalizing the schedule 1 drug. In addition to this, with a colossal senate race going on in Arizona, this initiative may set an even more significant precedent regarding the federal legalization of cannabis.
