Background: Green Crack Feminized Seeds from Crop King grown in a 4×4 Secret Jardin Grow Tent under a 600w HPS Cooltube Reflector & Mars Hydro TS-1000(as of this week).
During Week 11(Week 5 of Flower): Minor increase in nutrient intake as stated by the Remo Nutrients feeding schedule. Added the Mars Hydro TS-1000 Light halfway through this week. The trichomes began stacking very quick and I noticed that the bud structure coming in was a lot tighter. Big difference going from 600W HPS to 750W(Full Spectrum with higher red wavelength). The cons of the Mars Hydro so far is that it emits a bit more heat than a Cooltube, but that’s to be expected with the Cooltube having 250+ CFM blasting through it. It can be fixed simply by removing the driver from the light and placing it outside the tent, but i like the option of being able to move it around for future testing.
For Week 12(Week 6 of Flower): For nutrients i eliminated CalMag from the entire grows diet as part of the last feeding regiment for this grow before flushing cycle. Will keep the Mars Hydro running alongside the Cooltube. That being said I will have to put up a bit more venting to cool down the grow room to a better temperature as 80-82F high in flower isn’t the best ideally what I like.
