Medical Cannabis Harmful for Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Dr. Bhanu Prakash Kolla, a Consultant in the Center for Sleep Medicine and the Division of Addiction Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, shares his Perspectives and Controversies article appearing in the June 2018 issue of Mayo Clinic Proceedings, which questions the recommendation from the Minnesota Department of Health in its decision to include obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) as a qualifying condition for use of medical cannabis.
