Health minister reminds people to wait till June 9 before growing cannabis at home

An academic conference on medical cannabis has been launched in Bueng Kan for
audiences in the Mekong River provinces. The health minister is, meanwhile,
reminding people that growing cannabis at home may only be done from June 9th
onward.
