Cannabis flower recalled due to mold contamination, California’s DCC says

A batch of packaged cannabis flower contaminated with black mold has been recalled by California’s Department of Cannabis Control on Wednesday. Those who purchased Claybourne Co. “Head Banger” flower between Nov. 2, 2021, and Jan. 26, 2022, are urged to check their packaging for the UID and batch numbers and dispose of the flower if it matches, the department said in a release. The recall affects one batch of the flower that was sold in various size jars. The UID number was: “1A406030000326B000094476” and the batch number was: “28090621HB.”
