Canada's Leading Cannabis Chef Travis

How does Travis Canada’s leading cannabis chef cook with cannabis? We met Travis while we were at MJ Biz Con 2021, and he was the first interview at the conference. Travis mentions if you cook for terpenes don’t decarb your bud! Don’t back river 220 degrees, because some terpenes will start to evaporate or compromise at the higher temperatures.

Travis has great points on cooking with cannabis. He is more concerned about flavor taste and smell which is something we can agree with as we learn more about terpenes with cooking.
