The Joy of Growing is a brand new cannabis grow show brought to you by Homegrown Cannabis Co. by The Joy of Growing. It’s the next step in evolution from Growing Live, our super-fun but somewhat chaotic live, real-time marijuana grow show. It’s presented by 13x Cannabis Cup winner, Kyle Kushman and the Homegrown Garden cultivator Parker Curtis (aka the young Swami) and features a bunch of Homegrown cultivars, grown and cured by our experts.
So, what’s it all about?
Before we get into that, let’s zoom out for a minute. Homegrown Cannabis Co. has a clear, evangelical mission: to help the world experience the full joy of growing cannabis. Grower by grower. We want to improve your skills and develop your techniques. We want you to feel part of the movement, to feel supported and heard. We want you to be the best grower you can be.
The Joy of Growing is just one way we are trying to achieve our goals, but it’s one we think you’ll FULLY enjoy.
Our first episode covers a number of topics, from pot sizes to transplanting, from rainwater to training. It features cannabis grow questions from customers and guests, strain and grow reviews, seed to harvest updates from the Homegrown Garden in San Diego, tips for beginners and a whole lotta bong ripping.
This episode’s smoke review is the classic, MK Ultra, one of Homegrown’s favorite couch-locky cultivars. It’s one of those vintage, super-weighty strains that sits on you like a schoolyard bully. It’s fun to see Kyle Kushman and Parker battle on after a couple of bowls!!! Heads: gone.
There’s a focus on Durban Poison, another HUGELY successful summer grow from the San Diego garden. It’s well worth popping a few indoor Poisons if you like your plants BIG and POTENT.
