Zoning bans are barriers small cannabis owners are facing

In Wayne the town council is expected to adopt a zoning ordinance banning all six classes of cannabis establishments, including medical dispensaries from opening in the township. The mayor says dispensary owners have been calling his office hopeful to open a shop there but he doesn’t “want to be that type of town.”
