Guwahati (Assam), Feb 27 (ANI): A huge consignment of cannabis worth Rs 1.5 crore was seized by a team of Jorabat police team in Guwahati. Based on the secret information, the police seized 500 quintals of cannabis. According to police officials, cannabis was hidden inside empty beer bottles. Jorabat police team stopped the truck going towards National Highway- 37 towards lower Assam near the outpost and arrested the driver. The driver has been identified as Hafizur Mandal. (SA)
