The cannabis plants in the video are Tasmanian Genetics (possible Landrace strain) which have been altered by the hole in the ozone layer above Tasmania requiring the strain to adapt to the harsh and extreme UV conditions.
From over several years of harsh uv and strain inbreeding has produced
this magnificent and versatile strain which thrives in both Cold climates and harsh uv and high heat.
it is the ultimate bush genetics.

The Landrace seeds were germinated mid winter to time their flower period for spring and they survived the tail end of winter frost and weather quite well (not surprising imo) and then the autos were germinated and planted in the soil to compare flowering of local photoperiod and imported autos.
