Reasons we believe we will succeed

We have one of the largest approved ranges of products in Australia, ready for prescription and over the counter sales.

Our supply agreements with our manufacturer are locked in place and our product range is ready for import.

In Australia we have supply agreements in place with pharmacies and doctors to purchase our products.

Our database of medical professionals is primed and ready to direct market with our approved products

Our new whole plant infusion will dramatically decrease the cost to consumers and disrupt the industry.

MOCA is the only company in Australia with a full range of whole plant organic medical cannabis products.

Our logistics model allows MOCA to move products without proprietary warehousing facilities and staff, thus saving on major operational expenses.

MOCA is able to fulfil prescriptions online via our partner pharmacies that conveniently ship medication via courier directly to patient’s homes.

MOCA’s logistics solution with a global leader in pharmaceutical distribution ensures the Company will meet its scalability requirements (moving from individual product sales to cartons and then pallets) as Australia’s legal cannabis market blooms to an estimated $1.5 billion by 2025.

Strategic partnerships are central to our Company’s approach to business. MOCA has signed an ongoing agreement with the leading cultivator and supplier of organic medical (and recreational) cannabis OrganicMarijuana.com

We have a cultivation greenhouse in Sardinia ready for 2021 cultivation so that we control the cultivation of plant biomass.

MOCA’s Managing Director has over 20 years experience in digital marketing and is completing his PhD on consumer behaviour. The Company currently has over 35,000 unique visitors to its Internet presences each month providing high consumer visibility in a competitive emerging market.

Growth Highlights

As mentioned, we have been awarded State and Federal licenses to import, export and wholesale medical cannabis in Australia. All of our products are approved for prescription and we hold import permits from the Office of Drug Control.

MOCA is conducting longitudinal scientific research in conjunction with two Universities (University of Sorbonne, Paris and University of Cagliari, Italy) that enabled us to expand our Federally approved range from four (4) in 2019 to twenty-one (21) products in 2020.

Over the past 12 months, MOCA has focused on building its customer base in Australia and now has a client database of over 400 pharmacies and 120 medical practitioners wanting our organic cannabis products and ready to purchase them once they are in the country.

Our import permits were issued in the first and second quarter of 2020. We have already made sales to pharmacies in Australia. We have been working very closely with specialised practitioners who have requested and ordered our products for delivery as soon as they are in the country.

In 2019, the Company received international media attention when it was one of four finalists in the International tender to supply the Italian Government with 400kg of medical cannabis. MOCA was the only privately held company, and only Australian Company to reach the final round in the tender.

August 2019, MOCA participated in an international tender to supply the Government of Barbados with its annual supply of medical cannabis.

In July 2020, MOCA signed a 15 year lease on an 18,000m2 cultivation facility in Italy, which has 6,900m2 of purpose built greenhouses. One may ask, why cultivate in Europe and not in Australia? The answer to that question is simple. Economics. We chose Sardinia, Italy after a long and careful study of environments which offered the most cost effective cultivation options. Growing cannabis rich in CBD in Italy costs less than growing in Australia and has many financial benefits. There is a strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation in Italy. Prior to prohibition, Italy was the world’s second largest cultivator of hemp(after Russia). The climate in Sardinia is very suitable for cannabis. The facility has functional micro irrigation ideal for cannabis cultivation, automated temperature control and a 400m2 warehouse. The contract includes use of 6 million litres of water per year at a government subsidised, fixed rate of AUD$350 per year. The lease conditions are extremely favorable for MOCA. Cultivation is scheduled to commence in Q1 2021 and we already have supply agreements with OrganicMarijuana.com for up to 10,000 kgs of organic plant biomass.
