As Canada’s legal cannabis industry turns two on Oct. 17, 2020, many stores across the country are celebrating a jump in sales, with one retail expert saying the COVID-19 pandemic has been a “boon” for the industry.
But most people are still getting their marijuana supply from the black market, as recent Ontario Cannabis Store data shows.
